Peace of mind at a tourist-friendly destination

One of the principal objectives of the Divya Dwarika Foundation is to build, sustain and project Dwarka as an extremely tourist-friendly destination.

Tourism at Dwarka is under-served in more ways than one. Some services are missing, some are not qualitatively optimized and some are not seamlessly integrated.

In other words, Dwarka currently lacks a single-window system through which tourists can have complete peace of mind where every service requirement is taken care of with the right quality – and a smile.

To address this gap and to build an integrated tourism ecosystem where tourism and allied quality services are always available, the Divya Dwarika Foundation has initiated a dialogue with the local agencies, government bodies and non-governmental organizations.  Strategic partnerships with these entities are intended to offer services like the following:

  1. Prime Parking services: Make available extensive vehicle parking facilities and operate shuttle services between the parking & the Temple. Value-added services like express car wash services, digital lockers and mobile charging facilities will be available on demand at the parking.
  2. Clean washrooms: Provide hygienic and clean, pay-and-use washrooms,  changing rooms at the Gomti Ghat and across important beach locations. This will improve the overall hygiene levels, offer value and subsequently contribute to the Swachh Bharat drive.
  3. Better trained human resources: Impart soft-skills training to staff members of participating hotels, security personnel and guards, government employees and auto and taxi drivers. Often they are the first touch-points of tourists landing in Dwarka and it is important these tourists begin with a positive experience of Dwarka.
  4. Local brand partners: To enroll, local businessman as Divya Dwarika associates, enabling them as “Trusted Brand Partners”. This will create win-win situations and advance the causes of Divya Dwarika Foundation.
  5. Digital platforms: To publish digital catalogs, get mobile apps and create and share blogs. This will help the Divya Dwarika Foundation strengthen its digital presence.
  6. Carnivals and public shows: To initiate a Divya Dwarika Show, Divya Dwarika tour & Divya Dwarika Carnival. This completes the loop of 360-degree tourism by providing relevant entertainment options.
  7. Mementos and souvenirs: To come up with Divya Dwarika Souvenir Shops at participating hotels. Let every tourist carry home a little bit of Dwarka in forms of a variety of beautiful, memorable items.
